It's just this ledge.

Been keeping myself busy for the past few weeks. Today marks the continuation of my free-and-easy life, after having finished my task at MediaCorp today. Gotta get the motivation to start training again, probably why I'm gonna go have a haircut now. Cut it real short and feel like how I was back in dragonboat; without a care, besides fitness. 

Gonna get my act back together now. Can't afford too many early morning meals (3am onwards) and sleeping at sunrise. So here's my list of goals for the next few weeks.

1) Wake up early (6am? 8am?) for morning run

2) Eat 3 meals a day: Carbo Breakfasts, Mixed Lunches, Meaty Dinners

3) Increase weight by at least 2kg

4) 3km Run, Gym, Easy-Swim on Tuesdays + Thursdays

5) 5km Easy-Run, light gym (tentative) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

6) 1 supper = 3km of extra jog/run

7) Squeeze in 1 rock-climbing session with Mel and gang every week.

8) Complete Heavy Rain.

9) Have my Mac fixed.

10) Save $100 a week.

10) Play hard on weekends. (when presented with the opportunity).

Gotta keep focused if I wanna abide by these might-as-well-call-'em-rules. Focus.
